No Save Changes Button in General Settings

  • I’ve installed a fresh up-to-date version of WordPress 4.0. No plugins are activated and I’ve not installed any new plugins either.

    The WP-admin area is working fine except for the General Settings area where there is no Save Changes button. Where the Save Changes button would be is the text ‘Site Language’.

    I’ve never encountered this problem before and have no idea how to fix it. Can anyone help me please?
