no save button for Publicize FB Pages

Your image link appears to be missing.

You’re correct, though; there is no save button. You should, however, find an “OK” button at the bottom of the Publicize dialog window, allowing you to validate your choice. Here is a screenshot:

Yes that’s what the issue is. I can select the page but there is no “OK” button
