• Hi

I am having trouble with changing user information. When I go into the editing area there is no ‘save’ button.

I am using USERPRO and am running WP4.1.

    Regards

    Shem Banbury

  • Hi shembaqnbury. Since you’re running a commercial plugin you should post your question on the plugin support forum. Here’s a section from the www.remarpro.com Forum Welcome page explaining why:

    Commercial Products
If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations. Doing this will provide the developer with the income they need to make WordPress awesome.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    Thank you.

    thanks bdbrown

I dont actually think the trouble is with Userpro as I have deactivated this plugin and it still have the issue. No save button appears on the ‘Edit User’ page

Do I therefore still post this issue here? Can you help

Since it’s in the admin area I’m not sure I can help without access to your admin panel, which I’d prefer not to do if possible. By “save” button are you referring to the “Update User” button at the bottom of the edit user page? And, when you had UserPro installed, did you still use the WP Edit User page or did UserPro have it’s own page to change the user profile?
