    I wanted to save the row and all modules inside it to reuse on another page, so I located your documentation KB page;

    https://kb.wpbeaverbuilder.com/article/90-save-a-row-column-or-module-for-reuse

    The page instructs to enter the row settings, then click “Save-as”, … etc.

    I went into the row settings and… “Save-as” button is missing. I checked with a video at YouTube and it shows a “Save-As” button where I was looking.

    Checking the modules, (text editor, image modile, html, etc) also show there is No “Save-as” button.

    (see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1QI5PZz9ZH4 – at time: 10:18)

    Is the “Save-as” button missing because it is free version or was this removed for another reason or there is something wrong with the free plugin?

    (Note: on that same KB page, go down to “Create a saved row, column, or module directly”, the screenshot image of the WordPress menu to access the Admin menu for Beaver Page builder does not exist. Currently, access to its settings is under “Settings > Beaver Builder” and it does not have any of the menu items shown in that screenshot.

    This is a big change between the current plugin layout and your KB article. If all that has changed due to redesign, you really need to update your KB articles. If what I read in that KB article is only for the Pro (paid) version, then each KB article that documents “how to” has to be marked “Pro” if it only applies to Pro, otherwise it is very misleading and would certainly deter people from purchasing the plugin – FYI)

    I just checked your full demo for the plugin and Yes, the modules, rows, etc have the “Save-as” button.

    This says the “Save-as” feature only comes with the Pro (paid) version of the plugin. Plus, the Admin menu per the screenshot I mentioned belongs to the Pro version and does not belong to the free version.

    This brings me to repeat what I said in my note above.

    To be transparent, not to mislead and certainly not to irritate potential customers, you need to modify your KB articles to clearly show that any “How to” belongs to the Pro version.

    That (proper and needed notation) to your KB articles would only encourage people to purchase the plugin, it does not take away interest. In addition, you can add to the header of each KB article a button to the online demo of the plugin to facilitate the promotion / sale of the plugin.

    Hey @mwarbinek,

    Thanks for the feedback! We actually have another article that details the difference between the Lite and our premium versions. ??

    I’d still mention your feedback to the team though, thanks again!
