no rtl support

if you want to insert column shortcode for example 1/3+2/3, and the language of your theme start from right-to-left(rtl) like persian, the first 1/3 column goes to left and there is no option that you can solve this problem. “Column Shortcodes” in another plugin that support rtl texts, i love other shortcodes but this is a big problem for this popular plugin.
