No RSS Feed

Hi,

I am trying to add an email subscription widget (Feedburner) and a widget to track site visit tracks but neither will work. When I visit the Feedburner website, it said my RSS feed does not exist. My website is https://www.sparlingsincongo.com. Could anyone please help me and tell me what I need to do? I am not very computer savvy! I have the latest version of WordPress.
