  • Thank you Amirreza Jananfar!

updated pro to 3.26.3 still having the same problem

Noticed, that i had WooCommerce, and just updated tothe latest available, and most of the issues vanished.

I do have HTTP Request whitelisting, and other thingys running, but they never caused issues like these.
Now i’ve enabled Cloudflare Cache in developer mode, Flushed Litespeed Web Cache from server and restarted REDIS CACHE on the server, also revisited PHP memory per script, so now it sems working again.

Hello thank you Amirreza Jananfar for the fix. I applied and now have access to edit and add pages.

I am however havinng issues with the pro features. It is saying I need to Activate licence. But when I go to do this from backend ( Elementor -> License ), it shows the following error:

    Status:HTTP Error

If I attempt to click other options from that screen it throws this error: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

Does anyone else have this issue?

Hey everyone! Nick here from Elementor! ??

    We have some updates! ??

On Tuesday we made some tweaks to our APIs on our servers to mitigate this issue, and so far we have seen a huge decrease in requests related to it.

We want to make sure this is not happening anymore to anyone. So please, if you are still experiencing this issue, let us know by commenting in the GitHub thread below:

    https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/29808

As for the workaround fix shared here, we strongly recommend not using it as it can affect the functionality of the Editor. Those who implemented it may not be able to download templates or use and update Elementor Pro. You can safely remove the code snippet now.

Thank you all for your patience and feedback! It helped us pinpoint the root cause of the issue! ??

    Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

This issue that you are experiencing is due to the recent update of Elementor Core. I recommend backing up your site to ensure that no data is lost in case anything goes wrong during the process.

Once your backup is complete, please try rolling back the Elementor Core/Free plugin to version 3.26.3. It is important to note that you should only revert the Elementor Core plugin, not the Elementor Pro plugin, as the Pro version should remain up to date.

This rollback can help resolve any issues that may have arisen after updating. After completing the rollback, please check if the issue persists and let me know if this resolves the problem.
    ?

Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance!
