  • Thanks for reaching out. If you’d like to share your Site Health information we can check your site setup. You can use our user submission form to share privately if preferred.

After sharing your Site Health information above can you follow the steps below and see if you’re able to successfully save your AMP settings? This can help rule our any third party plugin or theme conflicts.

    1. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    2. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    3. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “AMP”
    4. Attempt to save your AMP configurations once more

I also noticed also when checking your REST Endpoints that you have mismatching URLs, one as secure (https) and the other non secure (http). While this may not necessarily be a factor can you ensure both URLs match within your WordPress general settings?

Let me know how you get on with the above checks anyway.

I tried health check plugin and followed the instructions, still doesnt work. I have sent the site health info with the user submission form. Kindly check and assist

Thanks for sharing the additional information. Unfortunately the information you shared didn’t include your full Site Health information (Tools > Site Health > info > Copy site info to clipboard). This is different to your Site Health status, which was included.

So we can inspect your setup can you please share your full Site Health information, which includes your server environment?

@myteddu As we haven’t received a response, I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist. Thank you!
