No rideshares available message

I’m getting the message “No rideshares available at this time” message. I have two rideshare entries that I can see when I look at the form entries in WordPress. I’ve tried using both [ridesharelist] and [ridesharelist style=”full”] as the short code on the page and neither produced a list.
