No reviews on composite products

    Hi guys!

    Since april this year, we won’t receive reviews on combined products anymore. We do receive reviews on simple products. It looks like cusrev doesn’t show our combined products on the review form for users, or doesn’t send out a review request ones a user orders a combined product.

    Plugin we’re using for combined products: WPC Composite Products for WooCommerce (Premium).
    Hope you could help fixing this problem.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    Our plugin works with the standard product types of WooCommerce. If the plugin “WPC Composite Products for WooCommerce” creates a new product type, it might not work with our plugin. You are using the premium version so I recommend contacting their support to get further assistance, ask them to contact us here and our development team will help them to check the issue.
