    I’ve updated my API billing, and the API tests properly, and I get a result with the link to test Place ID and API Key, but it is not saving. I get that it retrieves 5, but 0 reviews downloaded.

    After you enter your api key and place id, click the Save at the bottom of the page, then try to download ther reviews. What is the message you are getting in the pop-up?

    5 Reviews returned from API. 0 New Reviews downloaded.
    Google Result. I thought we had more recent reviews than April.

    That message usually means that the reviews were read by the plugin, but it didn’t save them to your database because they are already there. Are they not showing on the Review List page of the plugin? If they are not, then try de-activating and re-activating the plugin to force the database tables to update. Then try again.
