no reviews displayed – cURL error 28

Hello,

I linked my author amazon page https://www.amazon.es/Irina-Vega/e/B08PZDKTJ4 and it works. But days after when I reload the reviews, then reviews dissapeared and a message error: https://snipboard.io/4qk7Nm.jpg

I tried to fix it several times following the problem solution section, but nothing works.
