No review email is sent

  • Hi. No review email is sent after 7 days from the date an order has been placed. All other plugins work without any problem and many emails are sent from woocommerce/plugins/wordpress to my customers. So emailing system works.

    When I check cron events from WP admin, I can see that “ywrr_hourly_send_mail_job” and “ywrr_daily_send_mail_job” are active.

    Please help me figure out where the problem is.

    so based on all the comments I see here and the free version not sending any emails which is the same problem everyone is having , no point to purchase premium version.

    Also notice lack of support from YITH to anyone requesting help on this topic.

    Guess will purchase another variation of this plugin from someone else.

    There are a lot of causes for this issue.
    Conflicts with other plugins, SMTP issues, CRON issues, settings issue.
    We only asked you a clue to understanding your problem.
