    Hi,

None of the courses is showing up in the search results when searching by level only. After selecting Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced all together the results are empty. All the courses have level specified. I don’t think there’s a wrong way to do it.

    Could you advise please?

    Regards

    Max

    Hi,

I should add that the only course that is showing up in the results is a course that has no level specified (by mistake).

    Hi,

I would appreciate an advice on that as newly added courses are also not showing up. I suspect this happened after the update where custom levels were introduced.

We have quite a few courses under ‘Mind’ (different levels) but the search results are empty.

    Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Thanks for reporting this issue. In the last update, this issue has been raised with only the course level. The archive filter is working with other filters. I will forward this issue to the development team for investigating the problem. It is really good for making plugin improvements.

    Hi,

Thank you for your response. That’s correct. The issue only occurs with the Levels. All the other filters work as intended. In addition to what I said earlier I would want to add that we followed the basics and tested a new dummy level, disabled all the plugins, removed LMS tables from the database, although we didn’t not touch wp_options settings. We have few test environments so if there’s a way to reset the LMS completely we’re happy to do so. The database holds more than 3000 courses currently and growing therefore filtering becomes a core element.

Hope that helps and await your response.

    Hi,

Thank you for your email. Just a quick update to let you know that the issue does not exist in version 2.4.4, 2.4.5 and 2.4.6. The Level filtering is working just fine with those releases.

    The issue started with 2.4.7.

    Hope that helps
