No results on search

    Hello,

    The search was working perfectly. Only new products were not shown. As per the documentation, I made sure that under Settings -> Performance, the Sync index table is on.

    I also initiated a full Reindex table for troubleshooting. Before the reindex started, 478 articles were shown, and after the reindex, 560. So, it did something.

    It is on a production site, so I cannot enable the WP debug functions.

    Hi,

    Please tell me – when did you mention that issue? Does that appear after you update the plugin or maybe when you add some other new plugin to your site?

    @jsneor So you don’t see some products that must be there. Is that correct? Can you give me a link to the page with a working search form and tell me examples of search queries that must show some products but failed to?

    @mihail-barinov I actually solved the issue just now. After further looking at the product, for some reason the visibility was set to hidden! Changed it back to searchable for catalog and search and all is back to normal. I appreciate your response, hope you have a good day.
