    Zend Guard and IonCube together are most likely the problem. You’ll need to contact your host to resolve that.

    If your load times are high, you can try the query monitor plugin to see what’s going on in your pages.

    If it’s not your php/database, you can try testing your page at webpagetest.org to see if there are some scripts / elements that are taking a long time to download.
