Thank you for confirming, I’ve just tested your example address in one of my development environments and it was added as expected. In my case, I am using the Google Maps API, and I suspect you may be using our Open Layers mapping option instead.
You can confirm this by navigating to Maps > Settings > General > And checking the setting labelled “Maps Engine“.
Each engine uses a different address lookup/search system. Unfortunately, the accuracy of each is quite different meaning that Google may be better at looking up more precise locations, for example locations with door/unit numbers.
We do not control this directly, as it is managed and handled by the addresses that each service knows of, within it’s own database.
If you would like to lookup more precise/complex addresses/location you may need to consider switching to the Google Maps engine, or alternatively, simplify your addresses for the Open Layers engine instead.
Alternatively, you can right click at the exact location to use the lat/lng coordinate for each location instead.
