Hi Tom, thanks for your message and for using our plugin. Did you share your integration with your page?

To access your data, be sure to share your integration with your pages. To make sure you have shared the connection, follow these instructions.

Please note that these blocks are supported: Checkbox, Date, Email, Files & Media, Multi Select, Number, People, Phone number, Rich text (“Text” in Notion), Select, Status, Title, URL, Paragraph, Heading (1,2,3), Bullet list/Order list, Quote, Table, Separator, Boxed content, Image, Video, Fichier, Columns (Gutenberg support)

I am having the same issue.

I am sure that already establish the connection between the page which I want to sync and the integration.

Hi @gaoyuan, can you provide some screenshots of what you are trying to do ? Are you sure that you create an integration taht gave you a token and then share the connection with your page(s)? Screenshots are really welcome.

Here is a video to help you if needed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2EBm_q_isC0

    Thanks.

Wow, you are replying so quickly!

I thought hard about your reply and I’ve come to a realization: The page I wanted to export is a little bit “sophisticated” because it has some customized properties. These types of pages cannot sync with WP in your plugin. TRY A SIMPLEST PAGE INSTEAD.

I hope my discovery will also benefit other users who may face the same problem.

I love your product because it solves problems. Keep up the great work!

As far as I can see I have created a connection and copied the API key to my WordPress page settings, but this page cannot be found in the plugin setting

    Choose?*?(required)?one or more pages?

Hi Tom, you have to share the connection with the pages you want to import. You don’t have to copy the API key to your WordPress page settings. I don’t understand where did you copy the API key. Screenshots are really welcome and useful please.

    Thanks.

Thanks Tom but we will need more than that. We cannot help you without more infos and more screenshots or even a video using Loom.

Can you send screenshots of your pages In Notion as well. Show us if you add a connection to the pages etc.

please note that accordion or toggles as not supported as it is not native on Gutenberg.
