You don’t need to do anything, Relevanssi works with Twenty Twelve without modifications. If it doesn’t work, the problem is somewhere else. Are you perhaps using Yoast Local SEO? Try disabling other plugins, perhaps one of those is causing the problems. You do have a complete index for Relevanssi, don’t you?

Wauw i didn’t know that i must build the index, its working now.
My search results only looking very poor.. Just text and no link.. do you know any good search results page as example?
