No results, but the product exists…

  • Hello, using ajax search lite, a great plugin, to search for products.

    I have 400 products in the store, all visible, but some dont show in the results bar, for example “monopoly”

    Can you help please?

    Thank you very much for the details, it helps greatly!

    I suspect this might be something to do with the multiple languages. By default Polylang/WPML compatibility is enabled – meaning that only results in the current languages are shown. Missing results can be items, which may not been translated yet.

    If this is the case, then until the translations are done, you can turn off the compatibility here: https://i.imgur.com/eiei4bk.png

    Hmm, that is interesting.

    Can you go to the Help & Support submenu under the Ajax Search Lite menu on your site adminstrator area and please follow the instructions to share your configuration here? I will try to check if there is something there.

    Do not worry, it does not contain anything confident, only the plugin settings.
