no result display..

Hi, sorry to bother you.
It’s a amazing plugin. I tried with some theme provided by wordpress. It works but When I tired it the with the the theme that I tried to build up from html+css(really simple I think), no results display……After I selected the checkbox,the url doesn’t change…Is there anything to with JQuery…?
Would you mind having a look on it? Thanks so much for your help!
