    This is an unfortunate event not only for us, but for the whole community. An example of how miscommunication can lead to an unpleasant situation. Though this is not where you unleash your anger about the PRO plugins, but everyone rules their own keyboard. If he cared about replying our support emails the whole thing could be avoided. We tried our best to help him, but his arrogance played the dirtiest role.

    Like they say a picture is worth a thousand words. This Image should illustrate the whole picture of how cooperative he was.

    Still, we feel sad and sorry for this undesirable event.

    Exposing confidential mails and also informations about the customer is will not let you to gain confidence in a company.
    I already answered 6 reproachful emails with no result.
