No Responsiveness at all

  • Hello,

    thank you for the plugin! I downloaded it because last FG versions unable to use 6 columns – your plugin do the job.

    But in mobile view – it shows same 6 columns, of course on mobile i need only 1 column.

    Looks like something disables responsiveness at all.

    Would be happy to have your comments, dear devs.

    Thank you very much for your message, and sorry that you are experiencing an issue.

    We have tried reproducing the responsiveness issue in the Chrome browser, using the Inspect -> Device Mode, and the page appears to render as you require. If viewed in landscape 6 columns are shown, but switching it to portrait for the mobile device appears to move everything to a single column as desired.     If the problem persists, are you able to send more information, perhaps with additional video or some screenshots? In addition, if you could go to Gravity Forms -> System Status -> System Report -> Copy System Report, and send the clipboard output to [email protected], that would help a great deal.
