    We have a company that sells education and were looking to design an app. We felt this was a great way to go. We purchased the $948 package, spent another $3k on a developer, got to the end of the app and the videos would not play. When we emailed for help, they said to have the videos labeled as “unlisted.” We did that and they still would not play. When we emailed AppPresser support they replied…”this is a Vimeo issue and nothing to do with AppPresser” and would not help us further.

    Total waste.

    Also, the “push notifications” have no place to “live” on the app. They can be sent from a website, but when opened, nothing will appear.

    Hello,

    It is a shame to read that you felt the experience with AppPresser was lacking, however, the issue you have is stemming from Vimeo. We detailed a step for you to recreate your issue outside of AppPresser but when we showed you this, you never responded to follow up with the troubleshooting process.

    After 30 days, the support ticket was closed due to lack of response from you or the developer you hired.
