No Response Upload From URL

  • I am attempting to create an additional video category. When I do, I Add a New Video, I input my URL, title and URL to the thumbnail. When I click “Insert Video URL”, I get no response and the process stops there.

    I am able to swap the URL out on existing videos, just not add new videos.

    Any assistance is appreciated.

    Thanks for reaching out us. Please try to

    1) deactivate/activate the plugin and clear cache files
    2) deactivate all your plugins and check if the option works in that case
    3) use another browser when making the changes.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, none of these items worked.

    If I were to completely uninstall the video player plugin and reinstall – how would I go about preserving/backing up the categories I have built? I’d like to not rebuild everything if possible.

    Dear Gary,

    The projects you have already created will not be be deleted as they are saved in the database. Thus, it will be great if you try to deactivate/delete the plugin and reinstall it.
