I have installed the migrator plugin, inserted the token, and pressed the button to initiate the transfer. Nothing at all happens.

I’ve turned off all the other plugins, logged out and in again, tried a different browser, and rebooted the computer. None of it has made any difference.

The site is hosted at Pair Networks. It’s just a standard WordPress site, and everything else about it seems to be operating normally.

What could be going on? How can I fix this?

The migration should start immediately after you press the start button.

Could you please check if there are any errors in your console log?

No errors in the console log. (I assume you mean the WordPress error log.. I did find errors, but they were all about the Feedblitz plugin. Let me know if there’s some other log somewhere.)

No, we’re talking about your browser -> right click -> inspect element -> console where such errors are recorded. Something is blocking the interface and this can help us tell you more about it.

I had the same problem, but it was solved by typing out my email address.

When it was autofilled the button was null and clicking it did nothing, it was not reading my email address as entered.

Glad it worked out eventually ??

I had the same issue, and was helped by this thread, so I thought I’d contribute – my email address uses a non-traditional TLD (.agency). When I switched to a .com email address, things worked. So – that’s the error, as far as I can tell.

    Great plugin otherwise!
