• For several weeks I have been getting bright red warnings ‘File Change – Fatal Error – Scan Failed’ messages in my ‘Important Events’ log. Repeated requests by me and several other users have been ignored in the forum. Now the Moderator has shut off the thread. I also emailed one of the developers but got no response. Absolutely the worst ‘Customer Service’ EVER!!
