No Response on Refund

We purchased your Pro version on July 25, 2024 for $79 USD purchase. Payment # 1496907. We quickly discovered that your menu plugin will not work for our project so we requested a refund on your website. No response what so ever. You have a 14-day refund policy and we requested the refund multiple times, in multiple ways within that time frame. Please care of this. We find this highly unethical to entice people to try out your plugin by showing a 14-day refund and then just no respond when they ask for the refund. It is curious that you responded within 24 hrs when we posted here when we needed help with logging into our account on your website, but total silence regarding the refund. You can look up the payment and our account and contact us. Please do. It is not so much about the amount of money as it is about business ethics. We hate when those that sell plugins do this to users because it makes it harder to trust other ethical plugin developers. Please contact us.
