No response just showing ‘Loading…’

  • Hi.

    I have been disclosed 360 panorama virtual tours based on the Garden Gnome Package plugin. However, one of them shows only ‘Loading…’. The previous ggpkg file of this tour had been showed normally so far. Recently after adding a bit of information to the previous one, and then I checked the output from the Pano2VR and that was normal. Then I uploaded to the WordPress, but I cannot see the tour only showing ‘Loading’. The file size is about 1.5GB. I asked the WordPress and they said the it is possibly due to version-up to the WordPress 5.5. They suggested me to try to install the jQuery Migrate Helper plugin. So I installed it and try to show the tour, but nothing changed. I need your help.
