I have tried, twice, to contact you from your elected support page (https://bookingultrapro.com/contact.php).
I have allowed enough time to pass by, especially from the first request, however the lack of reply is not encouraging at all.Hope to receive a reply here. If positive and with a positive outcome I will be more than happy to publicly rectify my current position here and praise you where need be.
If not, then it will be a clear sign that something is not going in the right direction and I will likely opt to steer clear of your services and cooperate with another provider.Bear in mind, mine was a pre-sale question and I was willing to purchase the highest paying packet for commercial use. Of course I cannot afford to have my customers pay for the lack of seriousness of others.
