    Hi,
    I have tried, twice, to contact you from your elected support page (https://bookingultrapro.com/contact.php).
    I have allowed enough time to pass by, especially from the first request, however the lack of reply is not encouraging at all.

    Hope to receive a reply here. If positive and with a positive outcome I will be more than happy to publicly rectify my current position here and praise you where need be.
    If not, then it will be a clear sign that something is not going in the right direction and I will likely opt to steer clear of your services and cooperate with another provider.

    Bear in mind, mine was a pre-sale question and I was willing to purchase the highest paying packet for commercial use. Of course I cannot afford to have my customers pay for the lack of seriousness of others.

  • I too have a pre-sale question. I’ll present it here and maybe we can both receive an answer. My client wants the following features in their appointment calendar:

    Admin logs in and assigns times to students

    Admin can then assign clients to student one hour slots

    Students go home and check online to see if they have clients in their assigned one hour slots
    Appreciate the fast response.

    Hi guys,
    I appreciate the reply, but allowed some more time to pass and no reply yet.
    Do you have any timeline about when you plan to reply to my questions?

    I estimate that more than two weeks passed now from my first contact.
    I do not want support for premium version here, I want to know if there is support, in any form or way.

    Kindly provide me a mean to contact you in a reliable way.

    Update on this subject, I have received reply from the team.
    Hopefully the cause lied only in a communication error and everything will proceed smoothly from here.

    At the present stage the issue can be considered resolved from my side.

    I had one question only about Registration Form Fields, specifically a filed ” Re enter Mail id”. i want remove, hide it.
    I asked twice thrice time, but no reply from support.

    please suggest me what have to do
