    I have sent several emails over the past 3 days and I have not gotten a response yet. One of which was about cancelling my subscription.

    Is there an issue with support or this company. What is the deal?

    iFlyChat eventually refunded me and they have not charged me again this month. Thank you iFlyChat.

    Change your credit card details on their system and put an invalid expiry date and cvc. Their transaction will fail when they attempt to charge your credit card. Also, ask your bank to charge back.

    Sorry to hear that you have been facing issue with the cancellation. Could you please check now if your subscription has been cancelled? If you have been billed in error, then we will issue refund as well. Thanks.

    same problem… i have been asking to close my account for 20 days. what can I do? I don’t use plugin anymore, and they renew automatically the annual payment..
