No response from pro support

Hello
I’ve reached out to SearchIQ ([email protected]) with numerous questions in respect to our paid subscription service over the years and am yet to receive a response.
We are having issues with the index being stale (months old) and have needed to manually hit the re-index button on several occasions.
Please can someone from support get back to me?
