• Dear Support Team,

I am currently setting up integration between Contact Form 7 and HubSpot CRM using the CF7 to HubSpot plugin. While the integration successfully transmits data from my website forms to HubSpot, I’ve encountered an issue with the user experience after form submission.

    The plugin’s instructions state:

    • “Under ‘files,’ check the ‘Request’ checkbox.”
    • “Under ‘forms,’ check the ‘Request’ checkbox.”

Unfortunately, I am unable to locate the “files” and “forms” sections or their corresponding scopes in the Private App settings within my HubSpot account. I’ve searched through all available categories, but they seem to be missing or potentially renamed.Integration

    Status:

The data entered into the form on my website is successfully sent to HubSpot and appears correctly in the CRM system.

Unexpected Behaviour (issue I’m trying to fix):
However, after clicking the “Submit” button on the form, the pop-up window containing the form stays stuck in a “loading” state and does not close, despite the data being transmitted to HubSpot.

    Observations:

    • When I disable the HubSpot integration and configure the form to send data via email instead, the form behaves correctly, closing the pop-up as expected after submission.
    • This issue seems specific to the HubSpot integration and may be related to the form awaiting a confirmation or response from HubSpot that is not being received.

    My Questions:

    1. Could you clarify which scopes I should select to ensure proper integration between Contact Form 7 and HubSpot CRM for managing files and form submissions?
    2. If the instructions provided by the plugin are outdated, could you confirm the updated scopes required for this integration?
    3. Is there a way to address the issue with the form’s “loading” state after submission when using HubSpot integration?
    4. Are there additional configurations needed to allow the form to recognize a successful submission and close automatically?

    Additional Details:

    • WordPress Version:?6.3.1
    • CF7 to HubSpot Plugin Version:?1.1.8
    • Contact Form 7 Version:?6.0.3
    • Popup Maker Version:?1.20.3 (used for the pop-up forms)
    • HubSpot Plugin Version:?11.1.75

Thank you in advance for your assistance. I would greatly appreciate your guidance on resolving this issue to ensure the form behaves as expected.
