No response, demo videos don't show functionality

  • I was considering buying the pro version of this plugin but am not inclined to anymore as I need to know how the Project Management and Feedback Wizards work to be able to know whether it suits my needs.

    Despite my best efforts, there is nothing I can find online and no response. I’ve got alternative options to review where they actually respond, and based on the mixed reviews I have read will avoid this one.

    Sorry to hear you were having trouble finding the information you needed. Just to clarify a bit, did you submit a Support Ticket to our system at https://support.webportalhq.com ? If you could possibly provide us with a ticket number, we would be happy to track it down and find out what became of it (it’s possible that it was incorrectly flagged as spam by our automated system, and never actually received by our team).

    Out of interest, is there a chance you might eventually respond , either to my direct enquiries or the questions about features above?

    If you could possibly provide us with a ticket ID# for your submitted support tickets, we would be more than happy to try to locate them in our system and respond.

    Alternatively, we would be happy to answer any questions you may have through this forum here. You mentioned Project Management and Feedback Wizard in your original post.
