No response all week to my open ticket!

  • I have had a ticket #961594 open all week with you guys with no response. I’m a paying user. What’s happening?

    …and as of today I find you’ve deleted my support ticket. What the hell guys? I’m a PAYING customer of yours. The only response you ever posted was to ask me a question that I’d already given the answer to in the original support ticket.
