No response after emailing three times.

  • I bought this plugin, I have problems uploading to my S3 bucket (on two different websites) and emailed media cloud three time on different days for a week and no response.

    I will advise you not to buy their product as they don’t support you in any shape or form. I will cancel my monthly payment at the end of the month. Bad service.

    Giving them a star only.

    I am looking at alternatives.

    I have still not had a response from this company. Are they still in business or gone bankrupt?

    If they are and designing plugins i will advice you no to buy form them as they don’t respond to queries after purchases. Disappointed in them.
