I have checked you have 11945 orders on the site, try to increase the server WP Memory Limit to 512 or more and then see if it resolve the issue.

You can also request your hosting support team and they will update the setting for you.

If the above solution doesn’t work, then to isolate the issue, please run a full conflict test:

If you would not like to run the test on a live site, you can do it on a staging environment. For this purpose, we recommend WP Staging set up a staging site.

It could be a theme conflict – or multiple plugins are conflicting.

Please follow these steps:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Perform the action that causes the issue.

If the issue is resolved after switching to Storefront theme and deactivating all other plugins except WooCommerce, the problem may be with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your plugins one by one, testing after each reactivation until you find the one causing the issue.

If the issue persists despite following the above steps, kindly share the following information:

• Fatal Error Log: A copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
