No Resize Option for Featured Images

Just select the post_types you want to regenerate from and only theses will be regenerated.

How does this resize the featured image? Is it possible to select a specific size created by the plugin for the featured image?

The featured images are regular media, you just have to go to your media libray and hit the regenerate thumbnails button.
