Can you try deactivating and reactivating the plugin? I have seen issues before where the database tables used by the plugin do not exist, and the symptoms look like what you are describing.

By deactivating and reactivating it will attempt to create the tables again.

This is especially likely to be the cause of your issue if you installed the plugin through a multi-site bulk installation method.

Let me know how that goes,

    Matt

I wish that would have worked but it didn’t. I tried it on two sites. I also tried a fresh install on a separate site and the same thing. It looks like it’s gathering data then i get the no reports. I read your other support tickets so I already knew to try that plus changing the scan techniques. Can I send you a screen shot somehow?

I am not sure a screenshot would help much, but I would be willing to take a look at your site and see if I can find the cause.

If you can create a temporary admin user for me, and send me the credentials, I can log in and see what is going on. You can send those privately through my sites contact form: https://mattkeys.me/about/

I took a look at your site. It appears that the google API key you are using is not properly configured.

One of two things is likely the cause of the issue:

    1) The Pagespeed Insights API is not enabled on your key
    2) The API is enabled, but you are restricting the domains it is allowed to work on (google calls these “referrers”, and I usually just leave this option blank)

To verify this was the issue, I temporarily put in one of my own API keys to make sure that I reports could be retrieved properly. I switched the key back out to your own API key when I was done testing, but you can still see the generated reports.

I have some screenshots and details about this configuration available in the documentation. https://mattkeys.me/documentation/google-pagespeed-insights/#required_configuration

Thank you so much Matt! I removed the referrers and now it works. I’m new with the Google API’s and didn’t realize that I should leave the referrers blank.

No problem, I am glad you have it working now. Enjoy.
