    Hello,

    This is the first time I’m working with LMS and Scorm packages.
    I’ve received a Scorm 1.2 package that I could successfully add to your plugin in my WP.

    I can access the lesson and complete it. But I do not see any reporting data.
    I’ve completed the lesson multiple times with an admin user and two regular users.
    The progress does not seem to be saved either. If I reload mid-lesson, I can only start it again (the “Let user decide whether to resume or start a new attempt” option is checked in settings).

    In the Reporting tab under “Progress” I get “No progress records found.”
    And under “Scorm Parameters” I get “No SCORM parameters found.”

    I’ve checked the database and the table “cluevo_user_exp_log” is empty.

    Do you know what the issue could be?

  • Hello Rodolphe,

    of course, this can have many reasons. I assume the simplest variant: Could it be that during the export from the authoring tool the learning progress was forgotten to be activated?
