    Just checkout in your Hosting Server if PHP-Mail service is enabled or not.
    Can you just share your site URL & credentials (if possible) with us so that we can check and confirm.

    Also, what access would you need? To the hosting account or to the wordpress dashboard?

    I found the username and password is not working for the wordpress dashboard.

    First of all, never post your user credentials for the site here in the forum. Kindly do send us the credentials in our email id – [email protected]

    If possible, do send the server credentials aswell.

    @egoruk: change the login password for your site NOW! You may just have given the entire world access to the back end of your site.
