    Hello,

    I have submitted a support ticket a week ago at your website Softlabbd, but haven’t got a reply. Can you please respond since I paid for this plugin and encountering a critical bug.

    This is the original message from the support ticket I submitted.

    After the last update 1.2.1 of Dracula Dark Mode, the layout of our website is not correct anymore. See https://pixelpraat-podcast.com. The Light version is how it should be, but if you switch to Dark mode it’s bugged.

    Two weeks after my first submitted support ticket, multiple requests to reply to my ticket and still no answer. This feels like a scam product because I paid for it and on the website of Dracula Dark Mode it says “We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our help & support service.” I’ve been getting zero support.
