No renewal process

  • I added a product with a subscription-time of 1 day (for testing) and after 26 hours, there were still no renewal, new order or anything that could be related to a next payment…

    Very dissapointing

    which payment gateway are you using? Are WordPress crons enabled in your installation? There is enough traffic on your site in order to trigger WordPress crons?

    I’ve used SEPA for testing as it’s the easierst to test with a complete payment round without accually adding a test-environment (like with paypal)

    Currently not but my personal visits should be more then enougth to trigger Cron.

    Should there be a renewal-setup ?

    Hello @schmicho SEPA

    does not work with this version of the plugin, that’s why renewals are not working. You should use PayPal Standard as recommended in the documentation
