No 'Remove credit link' mentioned in FAQ

    On several places in this support forum there is a question about removing the credit link and the answer is to read the FAQ. There it says ‘Open the first question in the plugin (1. Where do you want to display the icons?), on the level of the email-icon you see a link on the right hand side. Please click it to remove the credit link.’, and there is even a link to the video showing how that could be done.

    However, I don’t see the link in question (yes, I activated the credit link) and the only way to disable the credit link was to uninstall the plugin and then install it again.

    Btw, The first question in the plugin is not ‘1. Where do you want to display the icons?‘ but is ‘Which icons do you want to show on your site?‘.

    Hi chupo_cro, you’re right, the first question is “Which icons do you want to show on your site?”. The credit-removal link is there. Can you see it?

    As I said – I cannot see the credit-removal link (that was the reason for my post). Of course I did look at the right place, the video clearly shows where the link should be but it isn’t, here is the screenshot. The link is not there no matter if the Email checkbox is selected or not.

    I was looking for the link even with Firebug (according to what could be seen in the video the link should be inside <li class="gary_bg"> which corresponds to the Email checkbox) but it is not there nor anywhere in the Ultimate Social Media Icons PLUS settings page.

    BTW, I can see you now changed the text in the FAQ page – the text is now right.

    As I said here I have a test WP install on the server inside my local network but I can open port 80 and send you my temporary IP (I don’t have the static one) so you can check. However the IP address would change in an hour or two. Can you give me an email address where I can send you my present IP?

    I’ve set up the dynamic DNS, opened port 80 and sent you the link so you can access the test server (if Raspberry Pi can be called a server at all ?? ).
