No Registration WordPress setting not honored

    I did not enable the WordPress general setting “Anyone can register” because my site is a close for online membership. But, it seems that Ultimate Member did not honor this WP setting and still displayed the /register page allowing two users to register. It also seems that UM does not read the UM page restrictions on the /register page. I tried to block the /register page by various means available with the UM page restrictions settings; none of them worked. I ended up blocking the registration page by making it Private.

    Hi @grezes71,

    You did the right thing by making registration page private or taking out the registration form shortcode. Ultimate Member core pages ( such as register, login) page restriction will not work for security reason.
