No registration with Events manager

    I can’t get the checkbox to work with Events manager. Email is not added to mailchimp. Added a checkbox with id mc4wp-try-subscribe to my standard booking form.

    Regular signup works though, so setup is correct.

    I see error message at mailchimp (211) List_InvalidOption, This list does not have interest groups enabled.

    Any thoughts?

    Hi there,

    Do you have a live URL I can take a look at? Is the value of the field with name mc4wp-try-subscribe 1? The HTML of that field should look something like this.

    <input type="checkbox" name="mc4wp-try-subscribe" value="1" ... />

    Hi there,

    The HTML for the checkbox looks correct and I can confirm that the plugin works just fine with Events Manager from some other users, like this one.

    If you submit the form with JavaScript disabled (no AJAX) and while being logged in as an administrator you should get a debug error message, telling you if anything went wrong. Do you get any and if so, what does it say?

    When do you see the (211) List_Invalidoption error?

    I am looking something very simple like:

    – I want to create events and send to my members and also to external people? no registration, no ticketing.
