Earlier today, I installed WP User Management. When I checked the fields, I was able to edit the default fields for users, things like nickname, etc.

Then, we purchased the Custom Fields extension, and now I see none of those fields anymore. In addition, no matter what I do, I can’t add or access any registration forms.

The site is local only at the moment.

    Any suggestions?

EDIT TO ADD: I removed both plugins and reinstalled ONLY WP User Management, and I still see no fields or registration forms.

    EDIT TO ADD

I created a completely fresh installation of WordPress and added both WP User Management and the Custom Fields plugins. It worked fine.

The theme I’m running on the original site where the plugins do not work is extremely basic. I’ve also changed themes to Twentynineteen and disabled all plugins except the two WP-UM ones, and STILL nothing shows up in the custom fields or registration forms areas.

    Hi @mattmerendo

This should have been fixed now. Please update the plugin to version 2.1.3 that I just released. You now have 2 options to sort the issue on your site.

    1) Deactivate the plugin and delete the plugin from your admin panel. By deleting the plugin from your admin panel, you’ll also be deleting all data associated to the plugin.

Once you’ve deleted the plugin, re-install it. Default data should now be there.

    2) The other option is, update the plugin to 2.1.3, if your site doesn’t have fields, fields groups and registration form, you should see a message in your admin panel. Click the button and it’ll fix the data.
