• I purchased this product 20 hrs before and had to cancel it because it works for only 50% of the portion.

    Contacted the live support and they said i crossed the words limit, I checked my website and replied that I don’t have 50,000 words even if I add all 5 languages.

    So, I deleted this plugin and asked can you please check now how many words are available now? then he said these words are already consumed by you. Means, if later on, you need to update any page then you won’t be able to get updated data on translated pages because their servers already captured and occupied the space dedicated to you.

    Since most of the products here get refund policy if the product is not found satisfactory during the initial period, but they sent me the Terms & Conditions and it is nowhere mentioned for refund in unsatisfactory condition.

    Guys, just be aware of such services. One of the worst products I ever used till date.

    Hi, your website was very large and it quickly went over the limit. We didn’t notice anything not working in terms for translation. The contents on your website were picked up correctly and processed through the paid machine translation API (3rd party service which we don’t control).
    It is sad that you have misread the terms before the purchase. We offer a free tier for new installations. You are always welcome to try that one first and then decide whether you’d like to expand your business or not. Blaming us for not giving you a refund is a not a good idea.It shows no appreciation for our hard work.
