No Refund No Support

  • Dear responsible person, I bought a lifetime license a few days ago to test your plugin extensively (especially since you don’t offer a trial version without a purchase). I trusted in your “100% No-Risk Money Back Guarantee!” promise. I would either use their plugin on all my websites or not.

    After extensive trying and testing, I noticed that your plugin with all your addons doesn’t quite meet my needs. You have created a very good plugin, your addons are wonderful, but I ended up choosing another wordpress gallery plugin.

    I have written to you twice via the support in my customer panel that I would like to exercise my right of “100% No-Risk Money Back Guarantee!” but you have not reacted until now. I get no support confirmation, no reply and no refund.

    I am now asking you to keep your promise and refund me the purchase price.
