no refund

The free theme seemed fine, I nearly had a nice page set up there and wanted a few more options to customise, so I paid for a pro version. they promised everything would stay the same. Instead the page I made was ruined, I got ons and tons of options added which makes the learning curve time consuming and a pain. But I really tried and am no noob to WP. However it wasn’t possible to design the same simple static page that I wanted, no matter what I tried.

I asked for a refund. Simply because I wasn’t happy with what I bought. Simple question. Instead I got direct to lengthy documentations, quite a few times without getting an answer to my request. When I asked directly and referred to my rights to recall on online purchase I got silenced.

I’m afraid I through 60 dollars away. Which maybe ok for some but to me it is something I cannot miss on something that is of no use.
